Is that $9,000.00 a month and is this amount normal for property on the beach.Looks like a nice place.

Elizabeth, that is cheap for the beach. This was originally $11,000.  There homes actually on the beach that can go as high as $60,000 a month.

Barbara,  I am glad you thought it was my listing :)  I took renters by.  It is too good not to publicize.

Jim,  this area is highly sought after because of its proximity to the beach and upscale restaurants and shopping.  Not too many places like that in Los Angeles.
