Hi Jane!  Do you guys have good turn-out for your opens?  We have been rather slow with them here lately but, I've heard other parts of the country are still having good traffic.

Debe, I haven't done one in a while.  I would tell you after tomorrow, but it's the Super Bowl.  I don't think it will rain but that would really put the kibosh on it.

Hi Jane,

The good thing is the Super Bowl doesn't start until 7 pm.... you should be fine! We have been having great turnouts! I blog on my open house and then email it to many clients inviting them to come. Unfortunately you can only email 10 times from Active Rain in an hour!! Last week I got an offer on the house I held open and the buyers came through again to look while I had the open house. Their agent called and they accepted our counter because they saw how much traffic I had! I'm having 2 open houses today so will compare notes on how yours went...best of luck!!
