Wow, that average sales price just blows my away.
Jane, that is interesting that January had that many fewer homes sold than December. I like that you report these stats.
Looks like Brentwood is still a ritzy place to live and own property. How far away is it from Eagle Rock?
Jane, so how is the car situation?
Good morning Jane,
Really good stat report..the average sales price is an eye opener!
Jane,
The most expensive home sold was $4,400,000 and the least expensive $920,000.
You don't have to sell very many of these to make your year.
Tammy, there you go. Bring your buyers out here.
Rick, probably because people were not out house hunting in December to make offers. It will be interesting to see how February pans out. Probably March will be a big month.
Leolinda, about 24 miles, opposite ends of the city. :)
Janice, the car is being fixed. Thanks for asking.
Dorie, it is amazing isn't it.
Terry, yeah, but you have to sell them :)
Wow, Jane....very comprehensive stats for Brentwood! I, too, am a little surprised that there was that much of a dip from December to January but, hey, i am not in your market so I wouldn't dare speculate.
Leesa, thank you. I really do think that people are not out buying in December.
