Jane I was looking through your stats and we are in totally different worlds. Your very first property listed was for over $1 million for Berkeley St. I just closed on a home on Berkely Rd for just over $45,000.
You surely don't drive around all parts of LA county do you showing homes? How does one efficiently work such a large market area like LA?
Jane, your statistics are an excellent reason why sellers and buyers need to seek your services and representation.
What a price range !?!? I wonder what those $600 + $700k range homes are like ???
Nice facts again this month ...and thanks for the reminder I must get mine done tomorrow :o)
How many homes are listed in Santa Monica? Interesting stats - one sale in Santa Monica would equate to four sales in my market.
