I love Yelp ! ... but they send me too many emails right now. But the service I love !

And offereing discounts for those local businesses is a terrific idea for your local peeps !

...bin bananas with deals ! 3 new deals in the last 7 days and negotiating a $2M sale that is roller-coasting back and forth. Plus 2 potential new listings so I missed ya too, but have been hectic !!!
