Jane,
Just a little out of the price range I see here, but understand everything is relative. Like the 95 days on the market.
Cherise, yep, everything is relative.
Hi Jane, It's a beautiful building and the units are larger than I imagined at first. I hope 9 buyers call you- one for each of the available units.
Hi Jane, it does look like a great place to live, and if Mary still needs some help in buying one of those condos I still have a few bucks to contribute. ^_~ (some elk and moose as well)
Mary, I am ready. Thanks for dropping by. I appreciate it.
Bruce, elk and moose not allowed. It's in the HOA. But thank you.
Is tomahawk throwing allowed in the common area???
Bruce, LOL
Jane - I have always liked that area and could see myself livign there if I was going to live in LA and in a condo. It's certainly beyond my budget, in that building, though.
Jeff
Amazing that a condo goes for that kind of money! It must be pretty amazing inside.
Jane - Great locations command top dollar and that's a great LA address.
Seems like a bargain at twice the price. Do the CC&R's allow pets?
Jeff, well, you know who to call if you change your mind :)
Bill, most of the building on The Corridor are beautiful and have amazing views. Also, the 24/7 valet and concierge service is a super luxury.
Norma, I would love to live in one of them. The height of luxury.
Mark, I know some of them do. Not sure about size restriction though. And I know one building only allows them up and down in the service elevator.
