What I find so amazing is the short days on market times for homes in this price range. The DOM for homes in my area in this price range is scary long. Like they always say, Real Estate is local!

I love this building and cannot get over the DOM there! That is simply amazing--we have a $120K SFH that is in pristine condition that has been on the market since February and no takers--fantastic price but, the location is not as awesome as the price! You're selling these luxurious condos for over $1M and...oh my!
