The ambassadors are gorgeous, lying patiently in the shade to greet the visitors. But the home has such charming style on the exterior as well. It's a two-fer!
Jane,
Craftsman style homes are one of my absolute favorites.
I love the doggies in the pic too!
Jane - I agree, the ambassadors are adorable! I also love the porch! Is this the front or back porch?
Vickie, the agent, really did a great job on this one.
Ralph, I love Craftsman homes also.
Donne, this would be the front porch.
Jane - a charming home with a charming welcoming committee.
Jeff
Jeff, charming indeed.
Looks like a very nice welcoming committee.
John, cheap too.
Really nice curb appeal. I'm a porch person and a glass of lemonade sounds good on this one.
Robert, hey this does give new meaning to curb appeal.
Jane, great photo, love the greeting committee...
Aww, they are so cute. The house is nice too, but I love the welcoming committee.
Jane - I'm a big porch kind of person and that is one fabulous porch! And the company is great too. :)
They look like they are saying "welcome home"! Kathy
What's cheap?? Cali "cheap" of Portland "cheap" -- HA HA HA. Love the property. Wish I were there!
With greeters like those guys, who could possibly resist?
Gerry, aren't they cute.
Tammy, the agent apparently couldn't get them to cooperate, but when he hired a professional they behaved. They ain't dumb.
Donne, it already feels like home, doesn't it.
Kathy, yes they do, don't they.
Carla, I meant the hired help is cheap :)
Craig, absolutely. Adorable guys.
Jane, that's my kind of porch and obviously a great pooch porch as well!
Mary Kay, pooch porch. I love it.
Hi Jane, I like it! I love the tiles on the steps and the dogs are very sweet. They do know that they have to leave for showings though, don't they?
Mary, what are you saying? They are the ones showing the home.
Boy, they sure do things different in L.A. !! :-)
What an awesome welcoming committee! How much is this Echo Rock palace?
Mary, that's what makes us so special :)
Leolinda, $579,000.
Jane....What a nice welcoming committee! They look like they are anxious for visitors!
Carra, yes, they are going to lick them to death.
Nice doggies... Jane, it seems like whenever I take my husband with me to an open house with pets, they always go after him, and with licks... I better keep him away, LOL...
Hey!!! What a great idea! Rent the dogs for all your listing photos!
And, hey, there could be a whole new business here for me! "LBRDesignStagingDogs.com"...always looking for new ways to stand out from the crowd!
Love that they're the ones showing the house.
Of course, there are the few dog-phobic potential buyers... but you can deal with that, I'm sure.
Keep those great photos coming! Thanks for the smiles.
Cherise, that is funny.
Lynne, there you go. Excellent idea. the dogophobes will just have to find another house.
People usually try to keep pets out of the home photos, but these dogs "so belong" in this picture. Glad you captured it. People with pets will appreciate that pets have been welcome here.
Charita, actually, the listing agent did a great job on this picture. I really think it is unique and will bring in the buyers.
What buyer wouldn't love to join the ambassadors on the porch!
Carol, every time I look at the photo I can't help but smile.
