Jane - Love Santa Monica and this building. I know exactly where it is, and I would live there in a heartbeat if my wallet was a bit fatter. The views have to be fabulous, and you can walk to all sorts of stuff.
Jeff
Jane, You might ask the potential buyers if they'd consider the purchase of a sparsely populated state in the midsouth region. I think they could get it for a similar price! lol
Good morning Jane,
Santa Monica is a lovely area and I'm sure those views are wonderful! How long have the 2 units currently on the market been listed? I'm wondering if it is exceeding the average 72 days? Very nice presentation.
Looks like an amazing building with spectacular views..............my kind of place. Great presentation Jane.
Jane....I fully understand why you live there and not in cow country.....our most expensive rental is $4000/month adn it a mcmansion of 5,000+ s.f.
What a life in sunny Santa Monica with ocean front views! Your market is so different than ours and we so enjoy your Localism and market reports Jane.
Jeff, the buildings along that stretch of Ocean Ave. have amazing views from the front units. Gotta have the money though.
Charles, LOL. Puts things in perspective doesn't it.
Dorie, good questions. The more expensive one 106 and the other 68. So you would be correct :)
Roger, thank you. Appreciate it.
Barb, again, puts everything in perspective.
Carol, thank you. I enjoy yours also. So different.
The Oceanaire looks like a fabulous piece of real estate, Jane! Hope you have a buyer for one of those units.
Lottie, thank you. Those buyers are few and far between.
Jane ~ now that's what I call a pricey piece or real estate!
Dawn, sure is.
Jane-Is the designer the musical Quincy Jones? Looks like a very livable situation. We have no ocean views here, bummer.
