I see you were up late working on this great post! You do know your condo market..do they call you the condo queen? It looks like the average days on market isn't bad on three of the Condo projects. It will be interesting to see how long the 5,919 SF in the Dorchester takes to sell and for how much! I'm sure many buyers will use you search buttons to check out the inventory.

This is a great overview of the condos available in your area. When I think of Los Angeles I do not think of high rises but, obviously, you have some and they sound wonderful. The views must be spectacular.

From the outer appearance, the Willshire looks absolutely great. Gordon and I are actually thinking about moving into a condo here to simplify our lives.

Al & Peggy, there are several buildings named Wilshire this and Wilshire that. No, the Beverly Wilshire is in Beverly Hills, but not too far away.
