Jane, Over 3K sf, and 2-BR, those must be some really spacious rooms. Sounds like a place for Hollywood moguls. What's a rough time on market for luxury condos in LA?

Wayne,  they are staying on a long time, right now.  Anything from 4 months up.  The luxury market is suffering here.

$250K for the furnishings sounds like it may be a steal.  How often do condos in this building come on the market?

Leolinda,  not too often.  There are 5 for sale right now.  But the luxury market is pretty stagnant.

Carla,  no, you should have toured the $19 million one on two top floors of another building.
