Does Oceanaire have an ocean view?  I've always thought it would be so wonderful to wake up to the site and smell of the ocean every morning.  And frankly it's been much too long since I've even had on a vacation.

Tammy,  yes the Oceanaire does have an ocean view from the front units and partial from others.  In any event, just come to L.A.  We will show you a good time.

Jane, these seem "reasonable" for having ocean views compared to the Whilshire Blvd condos. (or are they one in the same?)

I so hope that you get calls on both of these from qualified anxious buyers ready to write an offer!

They are about the same.  The Wilshire Corridor has spectacular city and mountain views.

Craig,  it certainly is a desirable area.
