Jane, Perhaps it's a regional thing.  What's a .75 bath?  Here in Ohio, it's either full, or 1/2.  Never seen the 3/4!

Bill,  I know, it is a regional thing.  I am not sure of the difference either.  I think when there is a shower in a small bathroom and no tub it is a .75.

Roger,  unfortunately, Santa Monica Blvd. is probably 20 miles long, from Santa Monica to downtown and goes through some pretty dicey areas.

Hi Jane, I love that address:  101 Ocean Blvd!  Very easy to remember; only way I would get into the building would be delivering  pizzas!  (although one could get some good tips!  Do the rich and famous like pizza, Jane?)

It is amazig to me the difference in prices across the country, you can't find a property worth that in any area of Adams County, I am in the wrong market LOL, best of luck Jane, I still want one on Wilshire Blvd

Jane ~ that is a pricey piece of property.  HOA dues are quite expensive.  Do they do the wash for that?!  HA

Jane, finally, something for the South to share with California, at least in Lake Charles, LA .....we have .75 baths which equal your definition.

I used to go by this building all the time when I lived in Santa Monica and Venice. 

3/4 bath is a exactly as you described.  Toilet, sink and shower.

Christine,  there seems to be a different definition of this.  Sometimes it is described as a full bathroom.

I've always wanted to live in Santa Monica, with dreams of a condo overlooking the ocean.  It's a little too rich for my beer budget.
