Jane, Perhaps it's a regional thing. What's a .75 bath? Here in Ohio, it's either full, or 1/2. Never seen the 3/4!
Pretty cool architecture for this building!
Only one unit listed in that big building??? wow...that should go quickly....
Bill, I know, it is a regional thing. I am not sure of the difference either. I think when there is a shower in a small bathroom and no tub it is a .75.
Barb, there are actually 3 listings in this building. This is the latest.
Jane: Wo! Nice looking property with amazing architecture! I can only imagine the views from some of those windows!
Gene
Gene, the views in those buildings a spectacular.
This is one amazing building. I will need a big "Bonus" to be able to purchase a unit like this. If I get one, I will certainly give you a call.
I'll call you on this one Jane................sit by the phone!
Joan, I'll be waiting, and for you, Roger.
But I need you to find me a place on Santa Monica Boulevard so I can sing that song by Sheryl Crow..............
All I wanna do is have some fun
I got a feeling I'm not the only one
All I wanna do is have some fun
I got a feeling I'm not the only one
All I wanna do is have some fun
Until the sun comes up over Santa Monica Boulevard
Roger, unfortunately, Santa Monica Blvd. is probably 20 miles long, from Santa Monica to downtown and goes through some pretty dicey areas.
Jane - I know exactly where this building is. I'll take one at the front at the curve, upper floor, please.
Jeff
Your point? LOL.
Jeff, you most certainly do know your L.A. building.s
Roger, I am not sure where you will end up while singing that one :)
Now I'm with you Jane! You fracture me.
Hi Jane, I love that address: 101 Ocean Blvd! Very easy to remember; only way I would get into the building would be delivering pizzas! (although one could get some good tips! Do the rich and famous like pizza, Jane?)
Roger, I didn't want you to break anything.
Bruce, everyone likes pizza.
It is amazig to me the difference in prices across the country, you can't find a property worth that in any area of Adams County, I am in the wrong market LOL, best of luck Jane, I still want one on Wilshire Blvd
Jane ~ that is a pricey piece of property. HOA dues are quite expensive. Do they do the wash for that?! HA
Jane, finally, something for the South to share with California, at least in Lake Charles, LA .....we have .75 baths which equal your definition.
Just my spirit Jane, just my spirit................I'm good!
Gerry, I will keep one for you :0
Dawn, this is not one of the more expensive ones either.
Mary Kay, phew, thank goodness.
Roger, :)
I used to go by this building all the time when I lived in Santa Monica and Venice.
3/4 bath is a exactly as you described. Toilet, sink and shower.
Christine, there seems to be a different definition of this. Sometimes it is described as a full bathroom.
I've always wanted to live in Santa Monica, with dreams of a condo overlooking the ocean. It's a little too rich for my beer budget.
Leolinda, I see you with champagne, not beer.
Looks like a nice listing -- may you get this one sold quickly -- all the best.
Bob & Carolin, thank you. Let's hope.
