Jane-- looks like the pace may be picking up a bit between the number of closed between six and three months. Let's hope it's a continuing trend!

I wish our DOM was in the same range as yours!  90 to 120 days or more are more typical here.  Maybe if we could borrow the beach and move it to Ohio the stat would go down :)
