Bruce, oh I have had a couple of those. Just haven't had the time to post. One was someone speaking Spanish and I was showing off trying to understand. I head loan modificacion and thought he wanted one. Was going to refer him when he started speaking English and told me he was looking for a job. He thought I was a mortgage person.
