Jane, I may have missed it in previous posts, but I would love to see the view from these condos.
Juli, the best ones are from the Wilshire Corridor condos.
Jane ~ this unit sounds like a good value considering the previous sales.
Dawn, it isn't bad. A good size for a one bedroom too.
Jane - I always get stopped by your HOA fees ... around here, that's a house payment!
Jack, did you see my previous post with those fees :)
i was thinking about you yesterday as I was fighting traffic to get to my daughter's 5th grade basketball game at Wilshire and Benedict Canyon. Do you fight that traffic everyday...ugh!!
Simon, we don't call it fighting traffic in L.A. More like sitting in our cars, running our business, listening to music......
Jane, the prices and fees are like looking at a parallel universe in comparison to some of ours. Good luck with the listing
Ed, thank you, but not my listing. And definitely a parallel universe.tomatill
Jane,
I think when the market begins to shift more, the condo part of this business will eventually become a booming commodity in the future...
Cherise?, usually the first to drop and the last to rise :)
I was going to say what Jack said. Holy cow, that's a hefty HOA fee! Hopefully everything else about the proeprty makes it worth it.
Karen, you're kidding right. Have you seen the HOA fees on the Wilshire Corridor? :)
Jane: I recently staged one of these units (#804 in the West tower 2220) for a real estate investment company. The views are breathtaking. I'm going to be staging another unit (#606 in the East tower 2222) next week. I can't wait to spend the day looking at those views.
The investors gutted the units and replaced everything - including adding hardwood floors with cork underlayment to deaden sound. They're stunning. Here's a post I wrote about the first unit:

Michelle, beautiful job on 804. Looks like 606 is going to be a flip.
