Jane, having lived and worked in the Montery Bay area for many years I understand your numbers, but I have to say that people here in Gettysburg would not understand spending that kinda money. Actually it is a funny thing, here people don't understand the "condo" concept, they want land when they buy, they want the chores involved with land, they don't get the "no maintainence" concept. it is funny how the two area's see things differently
