Century City is a commercial and residential community on the westside of Los Angeles. The borders are Santa Monica to Pico and Century Park East to Century Park West. Ken, those figures are skewed since we don't get accurate reporting of sales in that building. It is a magnificent building, I will tell you that.
I was going to say "Wow!" too. Century City is a huge building! We have several friends who have moved out to LA in the last few years. They have all found the housing market to be a daunting process. None of them have bought yet. I will have to put your contact info. on my facebook page so they will have it when they are ready.
