The Westwood real estate market for single family homes in January remained steady.

Compared with December 2010 there was a drop in Westwood homes sold and average sales price, but the average days on the market dropped significantly.

Interesting contrast - we see similar patterns in some area here when you compare detached homes to condos. It certainly compares favorably to some area I've elsewhere in the country.
